CVAP is an application that can provide you with benefits to help your healing journey, such as awarding you a certain number of counselling sessions. You can apply for CVAP online or SVPRO can support you in doing so. Applications take 6-8 weeks to process.

Indigenous Programs and Services (IPS) offers services from the time of application to graduation for First Nation, Métis and Inuit undergraduate and graduate students. Services include academic advising, along with peer mentoring and peer tutoring. Programming includes orientation and transition as well as opportunities for experiential learning and social and cultural events. IPS works to widen participation to UBC Okanagan through different admissions pathways, including through Aboriginal Access Studies.
